Offering richly enticing furniture as well as an awesome 42" screen TV for VCR tapes & DVDs only is where it starts. To the left of the TV is also a computer offering a few games and video's for entertainment. A wonderful wood burning fireplace is sitting in the corner opposite the TV so that everyone can enjoy its ambience. There are two bedrooms in the main cottage. Each bedroom is very enticing and very tastefully decorated with coordinated bed linens as well as furniture. The main bedroom commands attention decorated in a warm rich red theme. A Queen bed as well as a love seat and electric fireplace makes this room a very special private place. The guest room offers equal impact as it has been tastefully decorated in the warmth of gold and black. The beds are adorned with designer pillows. Completely remodeled with beautiful tung and groove knotty pine paneling throughout most of the cabin. Perfect for couples or small families wishing to get away from it all while enjoying true mountain charm. The welcoming exterior evokes thoughts of storybook characters while the charming interior is warm and cozy. The living room is quaint and comfortable for 6. A wonderful large fireplace is to the back of the room and consumes one corner. Just opposite the fireplace is a comfy couch (sleeper sofa, Queen). There is also a TV with Dish network offering over 200 entertainment options to enjoy. If that isn't all a VCR is also an option. Other comfort elements in the room is a rocker and oversized chair/love seat. The kitchen offers lots of charm. One wall is all cupboards and shelves while the opposite is dedicated to lots of windows to make sure you can enjoy the outdoor view while still in the home. An ample sized stove and oven is perfect for preparing your meals. The intimate little dining table is right in front of another window, again, with the thoughtful appointment to make sure you enjoy the outdoors. Two dining tables are situated in front of two opposing windows so that diners can enjoy the view.

The wood burning fireplace is situated just off the kitchen and has a large couch opposite that allows guests to enjoy a private place to relax and read a good book or just enjoy the beauty of a roaring fire.

Although all the living and social space is located on the second level, once inside there are no stairs within the cabin. The vaulted ceilings add to the spaciousness of the oversized living room as well as the kitchen and dining areas. An impressive floor to ceiling rock fireplace literally dominates a full corner and part of the wall in the living room. It's the perfect scenerio for bringing warm atmosphere to a chilly summer night or winter day. To balance the space there is an awesome 55" TV placed to the very right of the fireplace. Complete with a VCR, DVD and extended basic cable, also, the owner subscribes to the NFL Sunday ticket, which is offered to all guests staying late on Sunday or wishing to extend their time. Also part of this room is a seperate dining area and the kitchen. The dining table is perfect for holiday dining or playing board games. The dining area has large windows to allow diners to enjoy the beautiful mountain views . Working in the kitchen does not mean the chefs are somewhere in the back. The kitchen is right in the living and dining area. Chefs will also be able to socialize and enjoy the awesome views offered from the living room and dining area. Slider doors from the living room or dining room allow easy access to the large side deck offering a charcoal BBQ for outdoor cooking and an awesome hot tub. The heavily wooded lot adds to the beautiful mountain scenery to be enjoyed, lots of windows from every room in this home make it a pleasure. Hadfield Hideaway gives you the feeling of seclusion and getting away
from it all! Built in the late 60's, it carries all the charm of a Big Bear
cabin. Wood paneling throughout adds to the mountain ambience.

The open floor plan has been perfectly appointed to help make guests feel right at home and comfortable whether they are in the kitchen, at the
dining table or in the social area of the family room.

The kitchen is seperated from the rest of the room by a large wooden
slab milled right from a large tree. This also serves as a counter with bar
stools. Perfect to put chips and dip on for the game or to use as the
holiday buffet.

The dining table has been placed right next to a large slider door so that
diners can enjoy the beautiful outdoor view. The slider is a convenient
access to an exceptionally large outdoor deck.

An 8 foot picnic table as well as other chairs have been thoughtfully
offered so that guests can enjoy the full mountain experience. The Great
Outdoors and all its splendor!

The charcoal BBQ is waiting to cook your catch from the lake or any
other culinary pleasures you wish. There's nothing like mixing the smell
of BBQ with the fresh mountain air..... it definitely adds better flavor to
the meat!

The social area of the family room has 2 couches as well as recliners, all
situated to allow for lots of socializing while enjoying the wonderful
brick fireplace. Stoke the embers on chilly winter days or summer
evenings, there's nothing better than using the fireplace while you're in
the mountains!

A TV with cable as well as DVD and VCR are entertainment options.

A laundry room with a washer is also part of the convenience of this
cabin.

Wow, this cabin offers lots of entertainment for the whole family to enjoy! The Bear Walk is less than 2 miles from Snow Summit or Bear Mtn. Ski resorts. Location is just the beginning in this wonderful two bedroom cabin. This larger than average two bedrooms gives the comfort and options of a three bedroom home without the price! Upon walking in you find yourself in a very spacious living room. Futon couches are situated perfectly for the corner unit fireplace to be a focal point while offering some warmth on cool chilly summer or winter evenings and days. The kitchen is centered in the home and is between the living room and the combination den/game room. Perfectly comfortable for the family and works great for keeping the kitchen crew in touch with guests in either the den or the living room. The den/game room has lots of optional entertainment. To the left of the room is an expansive wet bar. Centered in the room is a very nice pool table that also doubles as a ping-pong table. If this isn't enough there is a stereo, TV, Playstation console, and electronic darts to entice you to get into the playing spirit. Two comfy cozy couches are also in this room so that players or spectators can be comfortable when not in play. Another focal point to this incredible room is the sunken rock fireplace pit. Centered on the back wall with a half circular seating pit surrounding the floor to ceiling fireplace. WOW, ambience plus abounds. This set up just beckons for guests to come and enjoy a quite moment by the fire! Upstairs are two unique bedrooms, each of them has one of the walls open like a loft, the owner has placed curtains on this so that it allows for privacy when needed yet each bedroom has its own door that closes for privacy. One bedroom has a King and one bedroom has a Queen. The back yard of this cabin is nice size, wonderful for children to play in the snow.
